Gabriella Ausonio

Gabriella Ausonio studied at the Hochschule der Künste Berlin(UDK) and already during that time, engaged herself intensily with Theater and Film. At the beginning of the ninties, she began her carrier as a Production and Costume designer. She has worked with well known directors such as Thomas Arslan, Rudolpf Thome, Pepe Danquart, Pia Marais. She also did the set design for big television productions like Volker Heises Docu-soap „1900 – Leben im Gutshaus“ and „„Abenteuer 1927 – Sommerfrische“. At the same time, she also did the stage and costume design for several theater productions, working with directors such as Benno Ifland at the Schiller Theater, in Dortmund and in Moers, as well as working with Philippe Besson at the Schauspielhaus Zürich. Since 2000, she has worked continuously at the Hans-Otto Theater in Potsdam and the Kurfürstendamm Theater in Berlin. Aside from her work for theater and film, Gabriella Ausonio has worked as a Stylist on several commercials and done the interior decoration for major events. Also having done the interior design for cafe’s and offices. Gabriella Ausonio lives and works in Berlin.
