Angelika Uminski, Director, Theatre Pedagogue

born 1962 in Wolfenbüttel. Degree in Theaterwissenschaft, Berlin, subsequent employment as director’s assistant and dramaturge at various German theatres. Angelika Uminski is a freelance director, author, theatrical teacher for numerous city and state theatres. Lecturer for Theatre Studies and Theatre Education. Uminski has staged various productions in her role as manager of various children’s theatres and youth-clubs. She also regularly premiers her own plays in conjunction with “Theaterspektakeln im öffentlichen Raum” (theatre spectacles in public spaces) in castles and open landscapes.
