Areen Abu Raddad graduated Architecture School a few years back from the German Jordanian University, in Amman Jordan, where she had spent the majority of her life. Nevertheless she considers herself a citizen of the world as she always felt she belongs “where art and culture are” rather than just one place.
Fascinated by the psychology of space and driven by a passion to explore and travel she experienced, first hand, the beauty and influence of great design.
She views design and interior architecture as a way to experience space in an art form, to evoke emotions, and to transcend the physical limits of space.
The more specialized fields of interior architecture spiked her interest, especially but not exclusively Scenography and Lighting Design. She enjoys multiple interdisciplinary methods of self expression, as she dabbles in photography, collage, music and poetry.
