Charlotte Niedermeier was born in Brüntrup in West Germany in 1992. At the age of 16 to 20 she completed a basic training in design technique at the Lüttfeld Berufskolleg in Lemgo.
She spent her early 20’s travelling Australia and Asia and decided to combine design and social work. In 2017 she graduated in Theatre Pedagogy. In addition to creative mediation in various NGOs in Asia, her most important project has been a production with the social circus “Arts anywhere association” in southern Turkey, directly on the border with Syria. Within two weeks, the play was performed in front of over 20,000 people in schools and theatres.
Between 2015 and 2019, Charlotte also developed artistic performances with her collective B-Painted, as well as festival stages for the “Freqs of Nature”, “Fusion” and “Wilden Möhre”.
Charlotte’s work focuses on discovering and developing personality with the help of art. She wants to enchant, integrate and encourage people to do it themselves.
