After more than a decade in business as a graduate business economist, I made a conscious decision in 2019 to reorient my career path and turn my talent for design and architecture into my profession. My studies in interior design at the Berlin International University of Applied Sciences, as well as my internship at ATELIER BRÜCKNER in Stuttgart, provided me with in-depth specialist knowledge and initial practical experience. The internship encouraged me to devote my future career to stage design and scenography. As a ballet dancer until the age of fifteen, I experienced the stage and theatre as a place of transformation and creativity. My focus is on the conception, presentation and visualisation of designs and spatial planning, for example through model building, concept and material collages or 3D renderings, in order to make concepts clear and tangible. My work focuses on visual communication – as non-verbal communication that connects images, objects, installations and the viewer and makes them understandable. Designing spaces with light installations, colour and form to create different atmospheres is an essential part of my work.
