Nils Erik Braun was born in Braunschweig in 1994. 

In 2019, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Art Education from the University of Leipzig.
He discovered his passion for theater and set construction at an early age. 

During and after his studies, he worked in several socio-cultural centers and institutions, leading projects in printing and ceramics.
In addition to painting and graphic design, he developed an affinity for sculpture.
Beside his work as an art educator, he worked as an assistant in stage design at several music festivals. 

These work experiences, in combination with his passion for sculpture and deep interest in the psychology of characters in art and music, triggered his enthusiasm for director’s theater and led him to study Bühnenbild_Szenischer Raum at TU Berlin.
